NLC TIme 2011! yes that time of the year

Advisors: We need to start planning even though State isn't done yet. Most realize we will have a quick turn around time. In reviewing the NLC schedule June 28-July 1, Konrad has got us a bus quote of approx $300 per rider; if chapters think they would prefer to fly then will have to schedule and watch air rates. I have been watching and Moline airport, Delta airlines is looking around $300...but creeping up, probably because of gas going up. Also, chapters may want to go a day early, Alburnett will be June 26th. The tentative state plans are: Mon June 27th Disney all day (4 park hopper with fast pass-one day $136 and two day is $216) Tue June 28th chapter free time (8a.m.-2p.m.) then events start and opening 7p.m. Wed June 29th events all day 7:15-5 and 5:30-6:30 Regional meeting Possible Iowa FBLA large group dinner 7:30 at Downtown Disney Thu June 30 events until 2p.m then a choice: second disney day, universal/Isles of Adventure (one day two park ticket $112), or Disney Quest in downtown disney ($36) Fri July 1 regional meeting 9:15-10:45a.m. then on the Atlantic side Cocoa beach 11:30-4:30 (bus cost approx $25) or as referenced in the National brochure "gator tours".
